Business and website use

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and order only if you are legally able to enter the transaction or authorized for the business you represent. Do not interfere with website security, impersonate others, misuse forms or make fraudulent orders. Website text, branding and photographs may be protected by intellectual-property rights; access does not grant permission to republish them.
Products and condition
The selected listing and agreed written specification identify the product. New/one-trip and used containers have different appearance and wear characteristics. Read the long description, dimensions and included features; ask about current photographs when appearance matters. A generic category or company image is not evidence of a particular unit’s condition.
Certification is individual to a product and its intended use. CAGE and UEI are business identifiers, not product safety approvals. Do not assume a standard container is approved for occupancy, a pool, electrical installation or international transport. Request the relevant documentation before committing to such a project.
Ordering and payment
Priced products can be selected through the Cart and Checkout; Get Quote is available for project assistance and unpriced work. A quote form is an inquiry. Bank-transfer checkout creates an order awaiting cleared payment, not an instant debit. Check the order details and use the Payment Policy for the authorized process.
Prices are USD. Shipping is $450 per order. Order Received displays the bank instructions and order number for your transfer reference. Any applicable tax not included at Checkout, or separately agreed work, may require a further invoice before dispatch. If an availability or listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you about correction, an expressly agreed alternative, or cancellation and any payment due back. No substitution is automatic.
Delivery and project responsibilities
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states with processing of 1–4 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment, followed by estimated delivery/transit of 4–8 days after dispatch. The Delivery Policy explains scheduling, access and preparation. The customer provides a safe accessible placement area, accurate directions, an available contact and required permissions. Weather or unsafe access can require a revised appointment.
Fabrication, utility connections, foundations and specialist installation are not included merely because a container is pictured in a completed project. Get the scope, responsibilities and cost of any requested custom work in writing before it starts.
Returns, warranty and changes
Report an eligible delivery discrepancy within 21 business days of delivery under the Refund & Return Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days after final approval. Cancellation is reviewed against order progress and committed costs.
Our five-year limited warranty starts at delivery and explains covered defects, exclusions and claims. Our Guarantee describes service commitments, not an unconditional money-back promise. These policies work together; a shorter return period does not remove an otherwise valid warranty claim.
Privacy, questions and policy changes
The Privacy Policy explains forms, checkout records, cookies, live chat and service-provider processing. Keep your order and policy records. Contact us first with a problem so that we can investigate; nothing here prevents you from exercising a nonwaivable legal right.
Applicable law governs the transaction. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. An invalid provision does not invalidate the rest. Future revisions are dated and published here; they do not silently rewrite an existing confirmed order.
