Start with the actual product
Review the listing’s size, condition, materials, features, photographs, and recorded specifications. Before payment, ask us to confirm any detail essential to your project, including measurements, door configuration, modifications, and the condition of the unit being supplied. A general category photograph is not a substitute for a product-specific condition review.
Condition and inspection information
New, one-trip, used, and modified describe different product histories and configurations. Used equipment may show cosmetic wear or prior repairs. Ask for the available condition information and inspection documentation for the selected unit. We do not claim that every listing has undergone the same inspection or carries the same certification.
Certification is product-specific
If your project requires transport certification, a current inspection record, engineering documentation, or another compliance document, identify that requirement before ordering. Request the relevant documentation for the exact unit and have the requirements checked for your intended application. A storage classification or a general specification is not proof of certification for international transport or occupied use.
Our CAGE code (6SKH5) and UEI (YSJKDW1JK345) are business identifiers. They are not product-safety certifications, inspection approvals, or government endorsements.
Safe delivery and placement
Provide accurate access and ground-condition information. Keep the placement area clear and use the delivery crew’s instructions around vehicles and unloading equipment. Stay outside the work area and never stand below or beside a moving suspended unit. See our Delivery Policy for the preparation checklist.
Modifications and specialist systems
Cut openings, structural alterations, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and pool systems can change a product’s safety and compliance requirements. Tell us about the intended use before requesting a quote. Arrange appropriate professional design, installation, permits, and commissioning where required; do not infer those services are included unless the written scope says so.
Use and ongoing care
Use the product for its confirmed purpose and follow any supplied operating information. Keep doors and moving components under control, maintain a safe access route, and do not exceed the documented loading or operating limits. If damage, movement, or an operating issue creates a safety concern, stop the affected use and seek appropriate assistance.
Questions or concerns
For a product-condition or safety question, send the listing or order reference, intended use, and a description of the concern. Include photographs only when they can be taken safely. Warranty or return eligibility is assessed against the applicable written terms, not a blanket certification claim.
