Delivery at a glance
Nationwide delivery across all 50 U.S. states. Processing and transit are separate estimates. Read the Delivery Policy for scheduling, access, and site preparation.
Flat-rate shipping is $450 per order. Processing takes 1–4 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment. Estimated delivery/transit is 4–8 days after dispatch. We deliver nationwide across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping charge is applied once to an order, not once for each container in the cart.
Before your order is confirmed
Send the products and quantities you need, the full delivery address and ZIP code, and a reliable telephone number. Checkout records the selected products, delivery details, and displayed total; Order Received provides bank instructions and your order number. A quote inquiry does not create an order or reserve a delivery appointment. We verify credited funds before processing and contact you if availability, applicable sales tax, or separately agreed work requires an adjustment before dispatch.
Processing, dispatch and transit
Processing takes 1–4 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment. After dispatch, estimated delivery/transit takes 4–8 days. These are separate periods: the transit estimate does not include processing time, and adding an item to the cart does not start either period. We coordinate the delivery arrangements using the contact information on your order. Tell us about restricted receiving hours or a fixed project deadline before payment so that expectations can be reviewed together.
Keep your order reference and written delivery confirmation. If the destination, requested product, or access arrangements change, contact us promptly before the scheduled delivery.
Delivery equipment and access
The unit and the site determine the transport and unloading arrangement. Ask us to confirm the delivery vehicle, unloading method, necessary working space, and any customer-provided equipment before delivery. Do not assume that a crane, forklift, installation crew, or utility connection is included with a product.
- Provide gate widths, access-road conditions, tight turns, steep slopes, and any bridge or road restrictions.
- Identify overhead cables, branches, structures, underground services, and other obstacles.
- Discuss the complete route from the public road to the placement area—not only the driveway entrance.
- Use the dimensions and clearance requirements confirmed for your particular unit and delivery vehicle.
Prepare the placement area
Choose a firm, level, well-drained area with enough space for safe unloading and future door operation. Share photos of the access route and intended location when requested. Foundation and support requirements depend on the container, ground conditions, and intended use; obtain suitable professional advice when needed.
Before arrival, clear parked vehicles, loose materials, and other obstructions. Mark the intended location and desired door orientation. Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the unloading area and follow the delivery crew’s safety instructions.
Permissions and intended use
Check with the relevant local authority about property access, placement, setbacks, permits, and your intended use. A shipping container is not automatically approved as a residence, occupied workspace, pool, or other regulated structure. Any building work, utility connection, or specialist installation should be planned separately with the appropriate professionals.
Shipping costs and the written scope
Our published shipping rate is $450 per order to all 50 U.S. states. Product prices, applicable taxes, and separately requested fabrication or installation work should be identified in the written quote or invoice. Ask for an explanation of the scope before payment if unloading, positioning, or any additional service is unclear.
No automatic access, waiting-time, crane or re-delivery fee is added by this page. Any separately requested service and its cost must be confirmed in writing before it is arranged. Returns and cancellations follow our Refund & Return Policy.
The delivery-day contact
Arrange for you or an authorized site contact to be available to answer the driver’s questions and identify the agreed placement area. Give us a working contact number. Do not direct a vehicle or unloading operation into an area that appears unsafe; contact our team to resolve the concern.
Schedule changes or an inaccessible site
Delivery timing is an estimate. Weather, route restrictions, equipment issues, and unsafe or inaccessible ground can affect arrival. If you learn of a site problem, notify us as early as possible. If a delivery cannot safely proceed, contact our team to agree on the next steps and a revised arrangement.
For a delivery update, provide your name, order reference, and delivery ZIP code. Do not make irreversible site or contractor arrangements based solely on an estimated arrival date.
Check the unit on arrival
Compare the delivered unit with your order details and review its visible condition when safe to do so. Photograph any apparent damage or mismatch and keep the delivery paperwork. Tell the driver and contact Containers Unlimited LLC promptly so the issue can be documented and reviewed.
Do not climb on the container, enter a suspended load area, or attempt repairs during unloading. Reporting an issue does not require taking an unsafe inspection step.
Multiple units and specialist products
Tell us whether units need separate placement positions, a particular unloading sequence, or coordinated access. Refrigerated products, offices, homes, and pools can have additional operating, installation, or utility requirements. Confirm those product-specific details before ordering; a delivery does not by itself establish readiness for occupancy or operation.
After delivery and support
Keep your invoice, product identification, delivery records, and relevant photographs. For a concern after arrival, contact us with those details. Read our Warranty Policy and Refund & Return Policy before arranging repair, removal, or return transport.
