We deliver across all 50 U.S. states. Flat-rate shipping is $450 per order, not per container. Processing takes 1–4 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment. Estimated delivery/transit is 4–8 days after dispatch. Provide the full destination, a reachable site contact and any access restrictions. Delivery dates remain estimates; review the Delivery Policy and Buyer’s Guide when planning your project.

02 · Order & arrange payment
Enter the billing and delivery details at Checkout. Your Order Received page shows the products, total, order number and bank instructions. Use that order number as the payment reference and email your payment receipt to our team.
03 · Prepare for arrival
Processing and shipment follow verification that funds have been credited. Keep the site accessible, review delivery guidance and have your contact available for coordination. Inspect the delivered product and report any concerns promptly.
Condition, safety and honest expectations
New and used products have different appearance and condition expectations. Review the stated classification and ask about doors, floors, structural condition, included equipment and any required documentation. We do not claim that every product has the same certification.
