Know what you are buying
We provide product descriptions, recorded specifications, photographs and condition information so you can compare the inventory. Ask us to clarify included equipment, door arrangements, dimensions or a required certification before ordering. A used unit is not represented as cosmetically new. A company or category image is not evidence of a particular unit’s condition.
Clear prices and payment instructions
You can review product quantities and the $450 per-order shipping amount in the Cart. Custom and unpriced work goes through Get Quote. Order Received displays bank details and the order number for your transfer reference. Applicable tax not included at Checkout or separately agreed services may require a further invoice before dispatch. We explain the bank-transfer process, keep full bank details off public information pages, and provide a phone number for verification.
Delivery coordination across the country
Containers Unlimited LLC serves all 50 U.S. states. Processing takes 1–4 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment. Estimated delivery/transit is 4–8 days after dispatch. We coordinate site access and arrival with your contact person. Tell us about deadlines or restricted access before ordering. Safety takes priority if conditions prevent a planned placement.
Support if something is wrong
Contact us with your order reference and evidence of a product or delivery issue. Eligible return or refund requests can be submitted within 21 business days of delivery. Our five-year limited warranty addresses covered defects. We explain the review and agreed resolution in writing; repair, replacement or refund depends on the applicable policy and verified circumstances.
What this commitment does not claim
This is not an unconditional satisfaction-refund offer, a guarantee of uninterrupted website access, a fixed-date delivery promise, or certification for every product. It does not include undisclosed services or override warranty exclusions. We do not claim government endorsement from a CAGE or UEI identifier, nor publish another supplier’s customer reviews as our own.
